Job Description
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Handle application, renewal and all matters relating to Work Passes
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Implement a new time management system
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist in salary administration and benefits management
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and trends
- Support the Senior HR Manager in daily HR activities
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR management or related roles
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in HR software (Opensoft) would be an added advantage
