The job will require the person after a period of familiarisation and training to undertake the following responsibilities:
1. To plan, manage, deploy and set up user accounts for software modules licensed for use by our customers.
2. To conduct training programmes based on the company's application software products for both customers and in-house staff.
3. Undertake application software implementation and project management activities.
4. Ensure that project schedules are adhered to and to raise the issue if delays are imminent.
5. Attend to Helpdesk calls or Support emails made by customers and to resolve the issues if they are user oriented. However, bugs should be escalated to Software Development Department for fixing.
6. Conduct software testing and quality assurance activities including testing of programmes after bug fix by software developers before deploying to customer production environment.
7. Prepare specifications and documentation including user manuals and procedures.
8. To assist in providing demonstrations to prospective customers and to provide marketing support to our sales staff.
