Responsibilities
Sales
- Relationship Building and Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships as primary point of contact with channel partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients
- Sales and Negotiation
- Develop and implement sales strategies for channel partners by identifying target markets, setting goals with plans to achieve them
- Negotiate and close sales deals with understanding of channel partners’ direction and strategy
- Generate sales reports and track performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Engage customers in Retail setting as required
(Creative Experience Center/Tradeshows/Roadshows etc.)
Channel Marketing
- Strategic Planning and Development
- Manage, develop and implement marketing budget for channel marketing activities
- Campaign Management and Execution
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns such as content creation and managing advertising campaigns while tracking results
- Oversee marketing pipelines of channel partners including online (e.g. social media) and offline platforms (E.g. Print)
- Manage creative development by working with branding team to create effective marketing materials
- Manage merchandising plans to ensure touch points are up to date (Creative Experience Center/In-Stores/Tradeshows Roadshows)
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of proven work experience as a sales role
- Able to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Good Understanding of retail operations
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Diploma in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
