Summary:
- Analyst in Planning and Performance team reporting to Performance Controller.
- Perform and undertake – under minimal guidance – strategic analysis, procurement, policy & process management activities.
Description:
- Assist in preparation of annual budgeting and monthly forecasting exercise.
- Carry-out under minimal guidance the enhancement and maintenance of company’s management information systems in accordance with business strategies and process.
- Develop models for analysis and optimization and build dashboards for management reporting as and when required.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports, such as on new and existing markets and industries, market trends and statistics.
- Assist in registering inspector and expeditor and compiling scores for evaluating their performance.
- Develop strong understanding of company’s processes.
- Manage Compliance-related activities such as Know-Your-Client (KYC).
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Performance Controller.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in Business Analysis and Process Management-related activities.
- Experience in working on business process improvement projects will be preferred; understanding of process digitalisation will be ideal.
- Preferable to have working knowledge and understanding of Oil & Gas industries; experience in SAP and/or Sharepoint Online will be ideal.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge in Power BI & Power Automate and Microsoft Flow is an advantage.
- Previous experience in similar industries will be highly advantageous.
- University Degree, with preferred specialisations in Accounts, Business Administration, Finance, or related.
- Highly motivated and open-minded individual who enjoys working with employees of all levels in problem-solving.
- Adaptable to be a strong team player and to be able to work independently in delivering quality projects and tasks.
