Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor subcontractors' work in according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and local norms and regulations.
- Planning and detail engineering design, cost estimation, and design calculation.
- Work together with the tender specification's supplier or subcontractor to acquire a quotation.
- Ensure the provided materials meet the specifications and drawings.
- Execute preparing weekly documentations and work schedules.
- Ensure adherence to building performance, quality, time and cost schedules, and safety requirements by managing and supervising employees and subcontractors.
- Provide support for any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 6-9 years working experience in a similar industry.
- Knowledgeable with local construction practices, M&E details & working drawings.
- Competent with MS Office Applications and IT Software.
