Responsibilities:
- Determine business prospects in the construction industry and fulfill the management set sales targets.
- Support the company and act as a specialist in the construction industry.
- Pursuing growth possibilities in the construction industry and for the new clients.
- Ensuring to maintain the client relationship and understand their needs.
- Provide an analysis for the possible new clients.
- Coordinate with the stakeholders in creating and maintaining a list of networks.
- Monitoring of the site progress and efficiently providing material forecasts.
- Keep up to date with the latest issues, concerns, etc that support the development of strategies.
- Coordinate the terms & conditions with the dealers and customers.
- Providing monthly reports and ad hoc tasks may assign.
Requirements:
- At least 4-6 years of experience in Sales in the Construction Industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Competent skills in critical thinking and with self-motivation.
