Summary of Responsibilities
- Responsible to the Chief Executive Officer for the Team's business result
- Responsible for the management, supervision and profitability of portfolio of properties
- Source business for the Company generally by client contact, networking as well as general promotion of PFS services
- Demomstrates exemplary leadership and guides a team of Managers / Property Executives to achieve the corporate objectives
- Undertake training and development of the people within the Team and promote an on-going career path for them within PFS
- Provide leadership, managerial direction and personal encouragement to all employees within the Team, including guidance on all property management procedures
- Monitor the efficacy of complaints management within the Team
- Liaise with existing building owners on property management performance, including the use of tenant and client survey
- Ensure that existing clients are provided with regular management reports
- Ensure required training and continued professional development with the Team
- Continually review Management Agreements with clients for suitable terms and fees
- Such other duties as required by the Chief Executive Officer, from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Building / Real Estate Management or other related discipline with minimum 10 years of property management experience, inclusive of at least 4 years in a managerial role
- Experience in MCST work and knowledge of BMSMA is a must
- Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills
- Strong in written and vocal English communication
