Job Description:

The Badging Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and consistent client experience. This position involves daily interactions with the client, focusing on making a favourable impression with each engagement. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, demonstrate professionalism, and consistently provide excellent service.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client and employee requests, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Issue badges to all new employees, contractors, and temporary workers as required.
  • Schedule and manage all badging appointments efficiently.
  • Utilize badging software (Lenel) and photograph editing software (Photoshop) proficiently to process badges.
  • Understand the various access levels and manage the process for requesting and granting access.
  • Reactivate and/or replace badges as needed.
  • Enter data accurately into the appropriate databases, including deactivated badges, returned badges, and Not to Return (NTR) statuses.
  • Deactivate badges upon request from the Client or Management.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, including Monthly Business Reports (MBR), Quarterly Business Reports (QBR), and Annual Reports.
  • Handle onboarding formalities for new joiners, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and monitored, including KPI and employee performance metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the security and administrative functions of the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding and experience with badging software (Lenel) and photograph editing software (Photoshop).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and employees.
  • Knowledge of various access levels and the processes involved in managing access requests.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
