Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering call from client and assist with customer enquiries
- Issue Invoice and follow up with customer's payment
- Issue quotation to client and follow up request
- Handle with follow-up action indicated in service report
Requirements
- shall have related customer service experience
- Excellent working attitude and interpersonal skills
- Independent individual that is keen to learn
- Proficient in MS Office
- Preferably experience in service for carpark system
