Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Clinical Specialist to provide our Healthcare Clients and providers with clinical education and support on our range of medical devices.
The Clinical Specialist will work with patients, physicians and hospital staff to ensure that products and services offered are being used correctly and effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical training and education to healthcare professionals and patients on our range of Ventilators and Respiratory devices ;
- Provide clinical support to our Hospital and Homecare Sales teams, including providing product demonstrations, clinical trial support and setting up of Home Respiratory devices for patients in Homecare setting ;
- Provide regular clinical training to Sales and Marketing teams for their continual education ;
- Attend conferences and workshops to stay up-to-date on medical advances and therapies ;
- Engage clinicians on product discussion and to develop KOL ;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned to meet on-going needs of the Company.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, healthcare or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the Healthcare field.
- Energetic with willingness to accept night calls and on-call 24/7.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good command of English.
- Experience in training and educating Healthcare professionals.
