This role will be responsible for expanding sales in service repairs, spare parts, and reconstruction, striving to meet or exceed sales targets. This entails preparing and overseeing quotations, tender submissions, and negotiations, while maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports. Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers is crucial, alongside strategizing and implementing market growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting sales activities such as presentations, site surveys, and negotiations, as well as managing all contractual and project aspects of secured projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Expand sales in service repairs, spare parts, and reconstruction to meet or exceed sales targets by preparing and overseeing quotations, tender submissions, negotiations, and all subsequent follow-up actions.
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts and reports while developing and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers to nurture future business opportunities.
- Strategize and implement market growth initiatives within assigned segments and territories, conducting sales activities including presentations, site surveys, and negotiations.
- Manage all contractual and project aspects of secured projects, ensuring comprehensive oversight and successful completion.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in construction or engineering, such as mechanical, electronics, or electrical.
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Diploma in Engineering.
