Job description
- Assist to provide maintenance works on M&E, electrical items, air-con, plumbing, painting, carpentry, filtration and fire alarm system.
- Check and inspect the Club’s fixtures and fittings to ensure in working condition.
- Record utilities (gas, water, and electricity) meter readings.
- Maintain operational procedure for equipment, such as pumps, chillers, generators, electrical switchboard, swimming pool filtration plant and to carry out periodical tests on generator and fire alarm panel.
- Draft daily reports on activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, or breakdown occurrences.
- Perform troubleshoot and equipment failure check during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
- Contact and work with contractors for routine serving, emergency repair or any ad-hoc works.
- Assist to maintain swimming pool water at the correct level of PH and Chlorine levels, free of organic matters through cleaning and filtration process.
- To set up and install equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards for events and functions such as sports events, meeting and seminars, representations.
Job Requirements
- NITEC/NTC 2-3 in Mechanical & Electrical Services or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in building services maintenance or relevant facilities maintenance
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Able to perform shift work including weekends, public holidays and when required.
- Able to start work immediately.
