The Opportunity:
Our client has been actively engaged in the Luxury Retail sector for over 23 years now, operating in both retail and wholesale segments across Greater China, encompassing Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei, and key cities in Mainland China. They have recently expanded their business into Singapore and we are looking for an Operations Executive to join their wholesale business. Reporting to the HR & Finance Manager, the successful incumbent will support the sales team on daily operations coordination, the full spectrum of operational support.

- Salary: Up to $4,200/month + VB (minimally 1 month or more)
- Must be comfortable to work in a lean company of 5-6 people
The Job:
- Support wholesale division to manage the entire order processing, from creation, to confirmation of orders by liaising with the Customer Service team and clients. Track delivery statuses, and manage accounts payable, service rates, and training initiatives with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare sales reports and KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis using Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP). Assist management in conducting business and commercial analyses.
- Assist team during buying sessions by managing appointment schedules, preparing for buys, consolidating orders, and conducting buy analyses.
- Liaise with the sales and finance departments to streamline payment processes.
- Ensure documentation accuracy provided by logistics providers, ensuring compliance with trade transaction requirements.
- Recommend Visual Merchandising props for customers in alignment with brand guidelines, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive and brand-consistent displays.
The Talent:
- Prior experience in the retail industry with a focus on order processing/operational support
- Comfortable working in a lean team, providing ad-hoc support to HR & Finance Manager whenever necessary
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
- High independence and meticulousness to complete tasks within deadlines
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with native Chinese-speaking stakeholders based in Hong Kong
