We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial transactions and reporting for our organization. This includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, general ledger, assist with auditing, cash flow management, and cost accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations
- Assist with cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation and cost control measures
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Accountancy or equivalent
- Full Sets Accounting experience will be advantageous
- Active team player & willingness to learn
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to work under pressure within tight schedules
- Resourceful, Strong team player with good interpersonal and social skills
- Meticulous and handle data entries accurately and efficiently
Work Location : Tuas Avenue 8
Working Hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) 8.30am to 12.30pm (alternate Saturday)
