- Provide explanations on medical services and provide information on fees and costs.

- Provide phone support, handle hot-line and convert customer enquiries into appointment bookings.
- Provide front desk administrative support such as registration, scheduling appointments, medical dispensation, cashiering and stock taking
- Inventory and stock management
