Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Attend to walk-in and phone inquiries.
- Assist with student registration, cashiering, and sales.
- Coordinate classes and liaise with students and parents on schedule updates.
2. Administrative Duties:
- Follow up on maintenance and student movements (advancement, transfer, conversion).
- Provide administrative support for smooth class conduct.
- Complete documents for daily collections and submissions to Accounting & Finance.
- Perform data entry of payment information.
- Follow up with students and parents on payments.
3. Activities:
- Assist in organizing events like graduation and outdoor performances.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business.
2. 1-2 years of experience in the education industry.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Team player.
5. Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
6. Relevant experience considered for senior positions.
Working Location: Town Area
Work days: 5 days week
