Job Outline:

  1. Responsible for the promotion and sales of Company’s products to the medical clinics and institutes in assigned territory.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Regular visits and follow up to customers in assigned territory.
  2. Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure KPIs are met.
  3. Timely submission of all necessary reports and documentations as per required.
  4. Assist Sales and Marketing team in the development of sales execution plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for relevant products and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort).
  5. Maintain a high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing timely service support.
  6. Provide territorial sales forecast on a monthly basis.
  7. Seek and propose sales growth opportunities.
  8. Manage ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
  9. Analyze customer data and track territory sales.
  10. Gather market intelligence on customers or competitors.


KPIs:

  1. To achieve annual sales target for the assigned portfolio of products.
  2. To submit required reports and plans in a timely manner.


Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in key accounts management with focus in pharmaceutical ethical sector.
  2. Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical skills
  4. Ability to work independently and uphold private and confidential information.
  5. Ability to identify challenges and present solutions to Key Account Manager.
  6. Competent in English, Mandarin & dialects and good communication skills.
  7. Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
