Job Outline:
- Responsible for the promotion and sales of Company’s products to the medical clinics and institutes in assigned territory.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Regular visits and follow up to customers in assigned territory.
- Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure KPIs are met.
- Timely submission of all necessary reports and documentations as per required.
- Assist Sales and Marketing team in the development of sales execution plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for relevant products and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort).
- Maintain a high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing timely service support.
- Provide territorial sales forecast on a monthly basis.
- Seek and propose sales growth opportunities.
- Manage ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
- Analyze customer data and track territory sales.
- Gather market intelligence on customers or competitors.
KPIs:
- To achieve annual sales target for the assigned portfolio of products.
- To submit required reports and plans in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in key accounts management with focus in pharmaceutical ethical sector.
- Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and uphold private and confidential information.
- Ability to identify challenges and present solutions to Key Account Manager.
- Competent in English, Mandarin & dialects and good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
