Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot our automated warehouse systems.
- Communicate and resolve equipment problems while working with other team members.
- Prepare service and maintenance reports after tasks are completed.
- Liaise with customers to arrange jobs and update them on work progress.
- Attend to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and arrange deliveries of replacement parts.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of field service experience in semiconductor equipment
- Basic knowledge of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) is advantageous.
- Ability to diagnose technical problems arising from mechanical equipment.
