Job Responsibilities
- Conduct the lesson plan in accordance with the curriculum guidelines
- Creates a well-organized, structure and task-oriented learning environment
- Planning activities and worksheets to include approaches to learning
- Assess student’s progress and communicate to provide feedback to the parent
- Demonstrates the necessary subject knowledge and methodological strategies to effectively educate students
- Introduces new study patterns to student develop their interest to foster maximum student’s engagement
- Fostering curiosity, creativity and a lifelong enjoyment of English language learning
- Reviews the feedback from the academic HOD and improving teaching practices to support differentiated learning
Job requirement
- Minimum Degree in Education/ English Language/ Literature
- Professional command of English language
- 3 - 5 years of teaching experience
- Passionate in teaching English and given tutor to primary and secondary school students, prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Willing to develop teaching skills and support students in differing levels and learning
- With high level of integrity and professionalism
- Able to work on weekends
- Must be bilingual able to communicator in English, Mandarin.
