- Digital transformation of employees hire to retire cycle (HCM implementation and user adoption program)
- Teachers professional development path design and implementation project
- Personal data protection processes implementation (trustmark certification)
As our HR Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our organization's growth journey. Working closely with school leaders, you'll spearhead recruitment efforts for both academic and non-academic staff. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting and implementing onboarding programs to ensure every new member has a seamless and successful start. With a population of approximately 200 staff and managers, you'll serve as a pivotal point of contact, guiding them through a smooth and enriching employee journey.

Who We're Looking For:
- A seasoned HR professional with 10-15 years of generalist experience, ideally within the services industry.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Proficiency in both French and English languages.
- A champion of interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building.
