Job Scope:
- Prepare tenders and commercial bids to attract new business.
- Develop and present project proposals.
- Meet with clients to determine requirements.
- Produce project plans and estimate budgets and timescales.
- Agree on budgets and timelines with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and project teams.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize business contracts.
- Ensure contracts align with corporate goals.
- Resolve contractual issues and manage legal implications.
- Coordinate with the project team to manage and approve budgets.
- Deal with unexpected costs and adjust budgets accordingly.
- Prepare cost budgets, cash-flow projections, and handle cost claims.
- Work with third parties to ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities.
- Liaise with technical, financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams, and client representatives.
- Attend site meetings to monitor project progress.
- Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors (QS).
- Train and supervise other contract professionals.
- Ensure construction projects meet agreed technical standards.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders and subcontracts.
- Ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Certify contract administration for variations and final accounts.
- Prepare reports on contract status for management.
- Conduct postmortems to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a contract management system database.
Job Scope:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
- Good experience in tender & project management
- Good knowledge with experience in managing project's contract
