Job Scope:
- Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target
- To manage existing customer base and develop new customers
- Able to present and introduce product/ services with in-depth knowledge
- Liaise and meet up with customers to grow new sales and provide technical support, as and when required
- Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of contractors/consultants/developers to promote sales
- Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
- Collection and follow up of payment
- Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule, as and when required
- Attend site meetings, customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement
- Min Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Sales background will be an added advantage
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
