Job Description
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners.
- Setting strategy goals and identifying business opportunities, implementing growth plan that aligns with the company business direction.
- Managing and optimising the development process, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Generating new business opportunities, negotiating client pricing and forcasting revenue.
- Experience in handling major projects.
- Ability to handle integration process and follow up with business partners on all details of the business agreements, contracts & MOU.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that leverage partnerships to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, or enhance product offerings.
- Liasing with the senior management team for company business expansion across Southeast Asia & Greater China
- Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance
- Ability to manage a team, at the same time implementing and executing strategy.
- Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration
- Ability to work under stress and fast pace environment.
- Travelling is a must.
- Candidates with relevant experiences in card business (credit or debit), insurance and wealth management preferred.
