Job Scope
- Lead and drive operation team to meet organization goals
- Manage overseas vendors and drive them to meet their performance KPIs
- Prepare weekly/monthly reporting for internal/external stakeholders
- Collection of performance data, conduct data analysis and focus on areas of improvement
- Closely follow up on customer's request and pay attention on customer's requirements
- Closely monitor and follow up on transiting shipments
- Continuously review on process flow and search for areas of opportunity for improvement
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior/manager
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or other relevant discipline
- 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in Warehousing / Store Management
