Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing plan for our solutions, suppliers and innovations in the countries working closely with the local team for the execution and with the IMM department for the product category management
- Organize the external marketing events such as exhibitions on the content in line with global marketing strategy and regional needs
- Be the lead for sustainability matters and questions related to the supplier and ingredient product portfolio
- Establish the marketing plan for the regional business unit to support the vision, strategic initiatives in the frame of the budget
- Collaborate with the Corporate marketing team, on our external communication
- Be the marketing contact point for strategic partners and establish our common marketing strategies on the different markets
- Understand the market dynamics and participate in the innovation committee
- Understand and analyze the consumers habits across the different countries
- Any other task assigned by the manager
Job Requirement/Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Experience in life Science Industry with a Business to Consumer exposure
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Food or FMCG industry
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Solid writing skills for newsletter & marketing related communication.
- Excellent in interpersonal & communication,
- Strong presentation, influencing and coordination skills
- Strong analytical marketing knowledge
- Goal and result oriented
- Ability to travel as required to achieve business objective
- Self-driven, initiative, independent with business acumen
- Ability to work collaboratively across different levels, multicultural in the
- Internal and external stakeholders to foster relationships and influence outcomes.
- Proficient in MS office applications
