- Participate in the financial and management accounting functions and ensure smooth financial reporting for the Trust and other assets/entities
- Responsible for review/preparation of period-end closing of statutory accounts, statutory reporting, GST and tax return, interested/related persons transactions, variance analyses, cash flow management/planning, and forecasting and budgeting
- Liaise with other business stakeholders including internal and external auditors, portfolio management and optimisation managers, legal, corporate finance and tax advisors
- Identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and other regulatory requirements
- Support system implementation/improvements as necessary
- Participate in ad hoc projects and other initiatives as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work and accounting experience
- Analytical, resourceful & possesses good problem-solving capability.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, hands-on, able to work independently and proactive team player
- Good communication and organization skills
- SAP S4 Hana/BPC and Yardi knowledge advantageous
- CPA or CA qualification advantageous
