As the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee all forecasting activities to develop an accurate mid- to long-term demand forecast. You are responsible to lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for the Distribution Center , Retail Store, and Commercial teams.
Key responsibilities include managing the complete order cycle for inventory, coordinating with suppliers and distribution centers to ensure timely delivery to stores across the island. You will ensure availability of inventory to meet customer demand, work closely with Demand Planners on weekly forecasting activities, and communicate weekly allocation plans to stores for festive and non-festive period.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business, preferably a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in forecasting, data analytics, inventory planning, supply chain concepts, and statistical forecasting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Power Query, Power BI, and analytical skills is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Distribution Center operations in the retail industry and SAP is a plus
