Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that support the professional growth and development of the employees. Require to work closely with department heads to identify training needs, develop content, and deliver programs that align with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with the company's objectives and addresses the training needs of all employees.
- Lead the creation and delivery of innovative training programs, workshops, and learning modules.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to ensure training programs meet business needs.
- Oversee the development and implementation of leadership development programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, making continuous improvements.
- Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
- Manage Quality Assurance level at stores
- Coach and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on training effectiveness.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., ACTA/ACLP/DACE) is a plus.
