Primary Responsibilities
Monitor and assess monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
Conduct P&L analysis to ensure the accuracy of local accounts.
Analyze and advise on the impact of changes in IFRS and other GAAP on Group policy; update Group policy as needed.
Offer guidance to subsidiaries regarding Group policy and IFRS standards.
Identify training needs and courses for local finance team members on various accounting systems and policies.
Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate issuance of audit reports for all subsidiaries.
Prepare and review financial statements (FS), net tangible assets (NTA), and any necessary disclosures for external reporting.
Supervise the development of a Chart-of-Accounts manual based on a Master CoA.
Conduct walkthroughs of accounting processes, document findings, and propose recommendations and improvements for follow-up.
Oversee the creation of a Chart-of-Accounts guidebook based on a Master CoA.

Perform additional tasks as delegated from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience (Skills/Knowledge/Attributes)
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or ACCA is required for this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Strong understanding of accounting standards, including IFRS and IAS.
6-8 years of relevant work experience, with 3-5 years in a Financial Reporting role for a multinational corporation with operations in multiple geographic locations.
