Responsibilities
- Perform equipment on-site installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing
- Perform equipment continuous improvement programmes, preventive maintenance, modifications and repairing works.
- Serves as company contact point with customer on technical matters
- Attends to customers’ complaints and provides timely solutions
Requirements
- Min Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent.
- Experience in Engineering drawing with Autocad, Solidworks will be of advantage.
- Able to communicate properly both internal and external and with good EQ
- At least one-year related working experience
- Able to work independently
- Willing to work in cleanroom environment
