We are looking for Recruitment Consultant that sources and place talent in the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to meet client staffing needs.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide recruitment solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply as training will be provided
