Your Role
We are looking for an Operations Executive to attend to customer inquiries and coordinate with the internal team.
What Will You Do
- To attend to customers' requests for servicing requests, breakdowns, and accidents through various channels, in a timely manner.
- To communicate with customers to establish the service or repair needs for their vehicles.
- To follow-up with the workshop on pending jobs to ensure adherence to completion timelines, and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
- To provide accurate and valid information with appropriate solutions and alternatives to handle customers' requirements and complaints.
- To assist on collection or returning vehicle to the customer after servicing or repair.
- Upkeeping of company's fleet of vehicles.
- To assist with ad-hoc jobs assigned by management.
What Do We Want
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and 2 years of driving experience.
- Have basic automotive knowledge will be added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
