Job Description:
- Execute sales activities and secure sales, including but not limited to spare parts, service agreements, ad-hoc projects etc.
- Daily monitoring and follow up with operation and administrative sections on customer work orders.
- Prepare customers’ quotation for Repair, Servicing, Visual Inspection or Load Testing queries.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular phone calls and meet-ups.
- To attend periodic meetings and produce weekly and monthly customer visits/ sales reports etc.
- Any other duties as assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate to possess at least a NiTEC (electrical/mechanical preferred).
- Working experience in after-sales is an advantage.
- Great communication, teamplayer and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and result-driven, self-motivated mindset.
- Possess class 3 license and own vehicle (preferred).
- Proficient in MS office.
- Experience with material handling equipment / hydraulic lifting platforms / docklevelers is an advantage.
