Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day warehouse activities ensuring proper and timely execution according to procedures.
- Execute Custom permits declarations for import/export shipments.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock inventory and track the movement of inbound/outbound cargo.
- Assist in conducting cycle counts and stock checks to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Supervise and review operational activities to ensure compliance with SOPs and customer requirements.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and submit detailed reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma with 1 year of relevant experience in a forwarding/shipping company and warehouse operations.
- Permit declarant license preferred.
- Experience as an authorized Declarant with Singapore Customs is preferred.
- Experience in a Licensed Warehouse is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of Singapore Customs rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in warehouse inventory software (WMS, etc.)
