Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the HR and finance operations.
- Handle HR and Admin functions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement HR and financial strategies and plans.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR and finance professionals.
- Provide HR and financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and finance roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
- Proficiency in HR and financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
