The Role
This position will be leading project teams in various sizes for SAP BW/Hana BI platform and modern cloud data lake/warehouse (Azure, AWS).
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
- Work closely with business teams to develop list of efficiency and automation projects and monitor the deliveries
- Evaluate the processes, internal workflows, and business user needs for businesses process automation (BPA)
- Conduct meetings/workshops to analyze, (re)design, model and map processes with process and system owners.
- Collect relevant information through the mapping of different business processes for analysis and design of BPA
- Conduct activities that can help in the development of better process engineering.
- Inspect business processes, identify flaws, and find ways to improve them through BPA
- Examine the best practices of businesses and technological developments to automate and streamline business processes efficiently
- Ensure process mapping and re-engineering outcomes adhere to business and organizational policies and manage any risk impacts
- Collaborate with development team or IT vendors, and business users for the development of new process designs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology/Systems, Business, Computer Science or a related field
- Business Process Management Certification or Six Sigma Belts preferred
- PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred
- Excellence in organization, accountability, responsibility and following up
- Capability in business process streamlining and re-engineering for efficiency and productivity
- Proven track record of successfully led and completed at least 4 end-to-end implementation of major IT projects, of which, at least 2 were in business/system process re-engineering and automation
- Ability to work hand-in-hand with development team, IT vendors and business users
- Ability to be the conduit between technical team and business stakeholders
- Proficient in stakeholder management
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work in changing environment and the capacity to prioritize, multitask and maintaining service qualities
- Experience in project management and delivery
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver effective presentation and influence at milti-levels of the organization
- Knowledge in process improvement and re-engineering methodologies.
- Well versed in system project management methodologies
- Proficiency in using tools for project planning, monitoring, and tracking
- Experience in Real Estate/Property industry
