Job Description & Requirements
Training related:
1. External - Conduct crane safety & operation training
2. Internal – Conduct new-hires orientation training
3. Internal – Organise trainings to uphold the competency level of both technical / non-technical staffs
4. Fine-tune existing training materials and assist Management to upkeep training syllabus
5. Administrative duties pertaining to training matters
Safety related:
1. Support departments with safety related documentations e.g. Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, Lifting Plan, BizSAFE etc
2. Conduct periodic safety inspections in-house & on-site
Any other duties and tasks assigned by the Management as and when required.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess the passion for training and adult education, especially in the engineering industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Outgoing personality, willing to interact with trainees from different background and experiences.
4. Candidate must possess Safety Qualifications (E.g. BCSS / Rigger & Signalman course / SSLO / WSH Level B).
5. Candidates with ACTA certification is an advantage.
