Job Description
- Quickly establishes credibility and trusted relationships with subcontractors.
- Establishes daily/weekly/monthly work schedules including ensuring on-time delivery of materials and flooring installation based on customer requirements.
- Develop the ability to enhance documentation accuracy and operational support to all stakeholder, subcontractors, sales, customer service, and warehouse & operations colleagues.
- Become an expert in addressing and resolving scheduling issues by coordinating and managing various stakeholders to meet customer needs and requirements.
- Compiling data and transforming it into useful information for the improvement of operational processes.
Requirements:
- NITEC/Diploma in Administration or Business Studies.
- Proficient in Ms Office and Excel.
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
