Responsibilities:
1. Accounting
- Able to perform full set of accounts;
- Able to submit monthly GST and filing of corporate tax duties;
- Able to close gaps and improve processes;
- Able to take stock on inventory;
- Able to multi-task and handle stress;
2. Human Resource
- Able to manage payroll and CPF contributions in a timely manner;
- Able to source for replcaements of staff and assist management in short-listing potential candidates for the job scope;
- Able to apply for grants with e2i and PWM;
- Able to support admin whenever needed
Requirements:
- Possess relevant work expereince in accounting and human resource management;
- Possess relevant qualifications in accounting and human resources;
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- Able to work weekends when needed.
