With a dedicated team of 15 tutors, we prioritize quality and student success. Our tutors, all local university graduates, have 7-13 years of teaching experience, providing mentorship and guidance to our students.
Role Description
As an Events Associate at OVERMUGGED, you will play a crucial role in planning and organizing educational events and workshops. This full-time role is based in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging event concepts and coordinate logistics. Your responsibilities will include event coordination, vendor management, attendee registration, and event promotion. You will ensure the smooth execution of events, as well as analyze event data and feedback to provide insights for future improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Diploma in a related field will be a plus
