Specific Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate task assignments for crane operators based on project needs and priorities, ensuring efficient resource utilization and meeting project timelines.
2.Plan and schedule crane operations in collaboration with project managers, optimizing usage to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
3.Facilitate clear communication among crane operators, project managers, and teams involved, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
4.Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance in crane operations, conduct inspections, and implement safety protocols to minimize risks.
5.Address operational challenges promptly, collaborate on solutions, and document incidents or accidents to maintain operational continuity and safety.
6.Monitor performance metrics, generate reports on productivity, equipment usage, and safety, and provide updates to management for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
