Administrative Assistant

Main Roles:

  • Attend to incoming calls and emails
  • Submission of government claims
  • Maintain filing system of documentations
  • Company BCA license renewal, new application
  • Coordinate all maintenance and repair works to properly maintain office facilities.
  • Procurement of office supplies such as business cards, stationery, copy paper, etc.
  • Generate invoices, purchase order, project claims, quotations, sales report and statement of accounts
  • Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to ensure smooth operations
  • Responsible for work pass application, renewal and cancellation
  • Handle ISO document control process to ensure documentation is up-to-date
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Entry-level are welcome to apply and training will be provided
  • To liaise with chinese speaking associate and supplier based in China.
