Main Roles:
- Attend to incoming calls and emails
- Submission of government claims
- Maintain filing system of documentations
- Company BCA license renewal, new application
- Coordinate all maintenance and repair works to properly maintain office facilities.
- Procurement of office supplies such as business cards, stationery, copy paper, etc.
- Generate invoices, purchase order, project claims, quotations, sales report and statement of accounts
- Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to ensure smooth operations
- Responsible for work pass application, renewal and cancellation
- Handle ISO document control process to ensure documentation is up-to-date
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Entry-level are welcome to apply and training will be provided
- To liaise with chinese speaking associate and supplier based in China.
