Manages retail operations and ensure that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges.
Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

Good knowledge of social media (IG, Facebook, TikTok), content creation for media posting.

Experienced in retail sales industry.
Friendly, sporty, energetic personality, with creative background is a plus.
Able to start work within short notice will be advantageous.
