1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategic planning.
3. Proven track record of success in driving brand perception and loyalty, preferably within the financial services industry.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization.
5. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and trends.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
8. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
1. Shape perception and regain brand love for Banking deals through targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns.
2. Execute and track performance of cards branding campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
3. Review effectiveness of overarching merchant plans to drive usage across key pillars, making strategic adjustments as necessary.
4. Experiment with owned channels to deepen engagement with target audiences, leveraging messaging and offers to enhance reach and engagement.
5. Track effectiveness of content strategy, refining approaches to optimize engagement and reach with key audiences.
6. Activate dormant cardmember base through strategic initiatives and targeted campaigns.
7. Conduct monthly business and marketing performance tracking, analyzing results to inform future strategies and initiatives.
8. Embed Instalment plans tactical programs within usage campaigns to drive usage via customer journey optimization.
