Responsibilities
- To handle reception duties receiving of visitors and verification of identification of pet owners Registration of visitors using customer service management systems, Onboarding of visitors
- Directing and escorting visitors to allocated kennels and catteries
- Carry out procedures related to release of animals from
- Liaising with owners on queries related to quarantine and release of animals
- Escorting of animals to board specific locations
- To assist with administrative duties, Preparing and uploading of digital certificates
- Confirmation of payments prior to quarantine release, Housekeeping, scanning and archiving of documents, Receiving deliveries
- Handle general enquiries from pet owners, animal businesses and feedback from public on matters through systems
Requirements
- Comfortable around dogs and cats.
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Possess at least three (3) passes in the GCE ‘O’ Level certificate with a credit in English Language or equivalent (e.g., Higher Nitec in Business Administrative certificate).
- Be proficient in both written and spoken English. Basic IT skills such as using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
