- Lead team and consultants in implementation of local private, commercial and public projects.
- Direct design development towards architectural intent.
- Fulfill client and authorities requirements.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years local experience in project management.
- Flair in design development and detailing.
- Knowledge of local authority requirements.
- Master or Bachelor of Architecture equipvalent (Recognised by BOA).
- Registration with BOA an advantage.
- Proficient in ACAD, Sketch up, Revit and/or ArchiCad.
