Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-Day Operations:
- Conduct morning, afternoon, and daily state assessments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Track attendance across all multiple schemes and maintain meticulous logs and archives.
- Monitor communications channels for timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
2. Scheduling & Deployment:
- Develop monthly schedules for employees to meet operational requirements of clients.
- Manage scheduling requests and adjustments from clients and employees while achieving best possible outcome.
- Maintain of schedules through excel & external system.
- Promptly address incidents and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for contingencies.
- Identify manpower request trends for forward planning.
- On-site visits to locations for auditing and administrative purposes.
3. Billing Process:
- Verify shift records across and conduct thorough checks and reconciliations with external stakeholders.
- Generate billing requests through internal systems.
- Ensure accuracy in the verification and tabulation of freelance and scheme-specific expenses.
Preferred Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
