Job Description
- Co-ordinate, update & maintain record of samples;
- Assist in the implementation of engineering standards;
- Compile and maintain updated engineering date;
- Review and study customer's specs & create engineering bill of material list;
- Create and maintain all files, documents, spreadsheets and correspondence required to manage engineering work;
- Assisting Project Engineer in distributing workload to production and keeping track of projects at work;
- Compile documentation required for final work order;
- Establish interdepartmental relationshipd to manage massive Excel spreadsheet content for quarterly reporting of engineering resource needs relative to current and pending company projects;
- Coordinated internal review process of drawings and scanning it into the system;
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification Level: Certificates or qualifications equivalent to Secondary education
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
