We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Energetic Accounts Assistant/Executive who thrives in a fast paced startup environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare & check all AR, AP, GL and journal entries
- Prepare invoicing, bank payments (largely cross-border), etc.
- Daily book-keeping and timely closing
- Check meticulously and accurately update bank records and reconciliation
- Coordinate with Ops team on new customers' requirements
- Daily data update and documents e-filing on systems
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience, including in accounts, book-keeping
- Minimum CAT, ACCA Certificate or relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proactive Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Dedicated, detail-oriented and efficient
- Adaptable and Able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and enjoys working in teams
- Experience in Xero will be helpful
