(You will be deployed on a 5-day rostered shift (including weekends). The daily operating hours (except public holidays) for ServiceSG@CCs is 10.00am to 6.00pm. You may be expected to rotate among the different CCs based on manpower needs.)

Job Description
· Provide information, attend to queries, and perform transactions based on a defined set of FAQs and SOPs from a variety of topics including government schemes, financial assistance, application procedures etc. within service standards. This includes routine activities and single transactions as per customer’s request.
· Provide admin support in all aspects of the ServiceSG@CC operations with a good follow up on calls received.
· Responsible in collection of forms, answer calls and enquiry, divert of calls and updating of statistics.
· Handle transactions such as registration of CC courses and Passion Card, booking of facilities, and Singpass
· Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving general issues with digital government services
· Direct citizens to relevant channels according to their needs
· Encourage citizens to self-help by teaching them how to use agencies’ e-services
